Comment:  Brand new and looking to rise up very quickly in the rankings, unfortunately not gaining popularity in the process. It's tough to be new among some very competitive girls, but they are not helping themselves in classiness. A benefit to being new is the money available to spend on spring quarter frat philanthropies which could very much help them gain support and maybe some popularity
