Comment:  Their goal here is to become "top tier" since x percentage of Alpha Phi chapters in the nation are top tier. I for one don't think those values and ambitions belong on our campus, since we have worked so hard to try to disestablish the tier system. There are some sweet genuine girls in there, but the majority and catty and gossipy.
