Comment:  They are brand new and in the process of building, but so far the guys are very nice and respectful. They are intelligent gentlemen. Honestly, I wish more frats consisted of guys like them. I don't know why people are leaving such negative reviews, your judgmental attitude says way more about you than Chi Phi.
