Comment:  Honestly, Sigma Nu get's a bad rep from moving into the old DSig/Sig Ep house. Not the frattiest fraternity, but good relations with top tier sororities. A little too focused on winning IFC awards. Classiness is probably their best attribute, they're the boyfriend frat for a reason. Since the move they've had pretty decent welcome week parties and philos. Definitely not the top house on campus, but easily lower top tier.
