Comment:  Zeta, is one of the top (if not the top) new row houses. Each (the other top of new row are ADPi and Pi Phi) is a little different from the other. Zeta definitely has a ton of really good looking girls and they are very fun to be around. Big personalities. Not as academic. They look like they treat greek life as a fun, social outlet and they look like a very close knit group. I see them out a lot with Pi Phi and they hang out with the cute frats.
