Comment:  Chi O is very mediocre and they do a ton of self-ranking on here. They aren't fun to mix with and aren't very nice when ever you come into contact with them. They are all crazy over their new pledge class, which isn't that great anyway. I don't see the big deal, they are just average, annoying girls.
