Comment:  Clearly we start off with self ranking. They're new, you can't really dictate an organixation's potential until they have fully been established. As far as I know they are just a colony at the moment not that it's a bad thing but keep in mind they have a long way to go. They're not bad but they're not absolutely middle tier yet. Recruitment looked like a joke and as a result they have such a diverse group of guys it's not really appealing in fact it might be on of their struggles.
