Comment:  Theta definitely is not top tier but they are on the rise. I see them working their way up more than any other sorority and are upping their game socially, their philanthropy was dope, and I've been noticing a lot more babes in their chapter. They still have a way to go but good for them for improving. I think they had highest average last semester too so props
