Comment:  Never really heard about these guys. Their presence doesn't show nearly as much on campus compared to other houses. They're out shined by the huge popular houses like SigEp, SAE, and Sig Chi, and even some houses like Kappa Sigma or AEPi are better known than Phi Delt.
