Comment:  From the rest of our national fraternity, we would like to apologize for this so called "chapter". They shouldn't be allowed to grace the letters of Chi Phi. But our nationals insists on chartering at big schools but giving no support during rush. It is a shame. This is one of those chapters that every fraternity has. A big named school but a terrible, terrible view nationally. I am sorry to the University of Texas at Austin that they have to deal with this chapter
