Comment:  These girls get a lot of back lash for losing members. Basically all of the members who drop don't put any effort into the chapter anyways it seems like. Everyone is way quicker to judge them and tear them down than to build them up. UNL's Panhellenic is way too competitive and that really says something about our Greek community. Shame.
