Comment:  Honestly Pike has made quite a bid of headway since regaining their charter 5 or 6 years ago. Used to be pretty irrelevant but at this point just trailing Delt and Sigmachi. Tend to draw in nice guy types who probably weren't planning to rush. Need a legitimate house and social presence before ever breaking into upper tier.
