Comment:  Their current PC has dropped all the way to 6, goes to show that their house cannot make up for the brothers. Having said that they throw great parties that attract top sororities, so if you are looking to be in a fraternity in which lacks brotherhood and you go through hell to just show up to the house on weekends to party this is for you.
