Comment:  They have a looong way to even lower middle tier, but they seem to be avoiding a lot of the pitfalls other bottom tier frats have fallen into. Their guys try a little too hard and their house is tiny but other than that they at least don't bid too many creeps and consistently recruit around 15-20 new guys every year.
