Comment:  They are still bottom tier but hopefully on their way up. They're sweet guys but their house is going to have an uphill battle to get better. I have a few friends in this house so I'd love to see them improve. They have decent parties, lots of booze and good music but never a ton of people. They will definitely need a new house to ever be top tier
