Comment:  Improving but let's not get carried away and say they're top or even a solid house. Truth is, they're no longer bottom of the barrel due to AOPi coming in... However, they're now bottom bottom of middle tier because No one would ever put them in the same category as Gamma Phi or Sigma Kappa which are SOLID middle houses.
