Comment:  These boys are right with Pi Kapp; the very bottom of the middle tier or the top of the bottom. They have plenty of headway to make before they can actually compete with the KA, ATO, Delt.. etc of the middle tier. There's definitely potential, but a certain need for consolidation with their housing situation.
