Comment:  This fraternity started out near the bottom, and is slowly working its way up the tiered system. They don't actually have a house, but seem to be actively searching for one. They don't throw too many parties, but all the brothers seem to know one another, and to be super close to each other. They're not that douschebaggy, just a small minority. There is something off about every single one of them, but yet they're cool in a weird way. Go Theta Chi.
