Comment:  Upside: Only fraternity on campus with a house, a sweet caring group of guys, throw parties the most frequently Downside: being around the fraternity enough, one can sense that there is division between them and it is somewhat clicky, many of the quieter guys will be in one semester, and nowhere to be found the next.
