Comment:  You guys can be a top house at CSUN. This is coming from an outsider who's in a different house. We see the brotherhood but like others mentioned, you guys should focus on building character as thats a main feature a fraternity offers. If you guys become IFC and build solid character, I can see you guys up there with SAE and maybe even better than Sig Chi and Sig Ep as a top 3 house with a brotherhood and social life.
