Comment:  Over the years this house has definitely changed for the better. The house looks amazing. They don't have a pledge program anymore. There a are a few heavy drinkers and smokers, but still very respectable. School is still a priority for these guys and it shows. They take service and philanthropy very seriously as well. Like any house on the street they have their flaws, but they seem to be trying to fix these. I only recommend people get to know them because they are a nice group of guys to know
