Comment:  They are not top of the top tier houses. Honestly, there's only a small group of tier climbers in theta, who also are the potential catty ones. That "clique" is very facey and known by every frat, but they still have an outstanding sisterhood and honestly most of the house is not concerned with their ranking. I am best friends with a theta and she's wonderful. Panlove <3
