Comment:  I have heard time and time again that Phi is a top house on campus but I've yet to see anything to prove it... They are consistantly beautiful girls but rumor is they choose their PC before school/rush even starts by stalking them on Facebook. Older girls don't like the newest PC because they're "disrespectful" - says something about their sisterhood. Never hear about them having functions and they don't seem very involved besides Phifa. Low average GPA too
