Comment:  For the freshman rushing this year, this is probably the most unbiased comment you'll see. These guys are honesty one of the chillest group of guys on campus. Understand that theta chi isn't a top tier, but a rising mid-top. Brotherhoods a little lacking from what I've heard, but overall a solid fraternity with a great house.
