Comment:  Alpha phi as a nationwide sorority is definitely a top house but in Chico I would say more of a middle house. They're all attractive but not very smart, and shallow. They base picking people off looks. Just look at their new pledge class, all skinny white gurls or at least 98%. I did like their house but most people just want to be apart of aphi for the title.
