Comment:  Conversation-wise they're similar to KD (for the most part), but the consistency just isn't there. I would be reluctant to interview a phi mu based off that criteria alone, so she would definitely need some other type of extracurricular involvement to ensure she is a competitive candidate for a position as a corporate recruiter.
