Comment:  Top tier by far. However, without their alumni they wouldn't be so great. Also, they became a lot better when SAE left. They are not humble and disregard people who aren't in other "top houses" or aren't in a house at all. They are very good looking and pretend to be good guys but it's just an act. I would say they are alright to party with, but I would never trust them.
