Comment:  The only "best" award this chapter is winning is best self rankers! Lets be real, no one going through recruitment is dying to be a Chi O at depaul, not by a long shot. So no, no one on campus thinks you're top tier. Also, how can you be the "best girls around" when youre bashing other chapters to get ahead. Sounds like Chi o is thirtsy and desperate and doesnt actually believe they are the best. Not a good look.
