Comment:  Probably the best house on campus post 2016 rush. They have been on the rise for the last couple years and got amazing 2015 and 2016 pledge classes. Kids are fun, hot, and amazing to mix with. Generally wealthy but most seem down to earth. Oh - and they have one of the nicest houses on campus. With Psi U on the rapid decline, it seems like it's a new era of top tier frats at Cornell.
