Comment:  They are focusing more on growing than actually getting quality guys. They went from like 70 or 80 last fall to 140 this year. They are an odd mix of guys whose opinions of theirselves far exceed what the rest of uk thinks of them. They're becoming try hards, losing themselves, and being douchey in the process. The growth is getting to their head and they need to realize they are pretty good but not the calibur they think they are.
