Comment:  I think that DKE is an all around good chapter. However they have an uphill battle against their image issue which is not all of their fault they inherited lots of their problems from an older generation, but they haven't done anything to rehabilitate their image. Good chapter to join if you are looking to do a lot of partying, are not exactly the most involved chapter outside of that
