Comment:  No one knows Phi Delt the way my close sisters and I do. Forget what everyone else says. This page is full of self ranks and jealous middle tier voters. These guys are super popular, very attractive, but kind of disorganized and too big for everyone to be close. Super athletic. Great bar presence. They treated us (KD) great during hc.
