Comment:  Kappa Sig's are probably my favorite Fraternity on campus. I know a bunch of them, the vast majority of them are pretty cool guys, they throw the best parties (I think), and they have a good amount of hotties. I will say, they were on the decline for a minute, but I think with Hogan as their new president, and if they participate more, they can get back up to where they were (even though they are still pretty up there compared to other fraternities).
