Comment:  Chi Phi is clearly the best. The brothers through great parties and are very welcoming. This chapter would never hurt a fly and everyone feels safe at their house. The brothers are always looking out for everyone at the house - even those not in their chapter. They stay involved within the community and help everyone out.
