Comment:  Definitely a top tier house but not as mean as the others. Cool girls, like to have fun and they're all down to earth. Their pledge classes have been pretty hot over the past few years. They weren't really involved for a while but now they do a lot on campus. Pi Phi definitely worked their way to the top over the past two or three years.
