Comment:  Solid Fraternity. They have a lot of low key studs in the chapter that no one knows about. I also heard of kids getting denied bids at SAE who got bids from Phi Sig and Pi kapp so that just shows they don't take just anyone. When they get their new house next year i see them killing it in every aspect and jumping to upper middle tier in one semester. Also Pretty southern but in a good way.
