Comment:  Honestly I love the phi delts so much! They have the best parties because they actually want to have fun and dance unlike fiji. Also they're generally really attractive and genuine! Even though they're pretty new at Chapman, they're definitely going to be one of the top houses next year. Can't wait to see what they do this next year! <3
