Comment:  Pretty unfair rankings of this house. Parties are okay, but the guys in general are what make this place. Very nice and classy generally, and seem to care about each other a lot. Their looks are getting better by the semester, gorgeous house, and great brotherhood--still bottom tier, but pushing middle pretty hard.
