Comment:  They probably have the best physical house/location on the entire row. I knew Sig Nu would come back strong two years ago regardless of the sanctions because the house can sell itself. Great pledges classes. Keep it up. If I were to pick a fraternity to start a frat in it'd go: Sig Nu, ZBT, and TDX.
