Comment:  Just to clear up some untrue, probably biased ratings, from a non Greek bistander that is relatively friendly with the Greek community on campus.... Pi kaps "house" is by far not one of the best in the southeast. It was a condemned nursing home less than a year ago. They are pretty smart but maybe that's because like 80% of them are either nerds or brown BSMDs. From what I hear they did beat delta chi at some lame flag football game that no one cares about but I've never seen them playing....
