Comment:  Newest of the fraternities on campus even though not technically a chapter yet. They do have a house. Lots of average guys and a bunch of goobers right now which happens when the founding fee is like 30 bucks. Some athletic guys or smart guys ( Indians ) who want to transfer to Tech or southern after initiation ( helps to be accepted by the other chapters). Middle tier because Alpha Sig is doomed pretty much.
