Comment:  Let's be real, there is only three top tier fraternities on campus. Pike, Phi Sig, and Theta Chi. Pike has the worst reputation on campus and recent recruitment is not going to help this. Phi Sigma Kappa, although throwing some crazy parties, does not have the prestigious, classiness, looks, smartness, and overall brotherhood that Theta Chi has to offer. Not to mention, Theta Chi has the best house and most pledge competition. For this, its safe to say Theta Chi is the best fraternity at UMass.
