Comment:  Poor retainment because PC 11 and PC 12 make everyone miserable. They focus more on how they look from the outside then actually forming a sting sisterhood. Some hang out together but overall most can barely force themselves to go to chapter meetings due to all the arguing by the older pledge classes. Hopefully when they're gone alpha gam will step it back up. PC 13, 14, and 15 are overall great fun attractive girls.
