Comment:  I've been to a Phi Tau party once. So, I feel my opinion isn't too relevant BUT I will reflect on that night. It was a fun time. They had a garage type thing that was different but had a cool environment. However, there are maybe 2 decent looking guys in the frat. They were VERY creepy. They were approachable and somewhat friendly, but they overdid it with talking to girls and getting numbers. I felt like I was being constantly swarmed sometimes.
