Comment:  Bit better than Phi Delt and Pi Kapp. In competition with Pike and ATO. Only problem is guys choose this fraternity because the pledge ship isn't that bad, but either way they're hot and smart. Once they get their property they'll soar. Even without a house they can party harder than any mid tier and spirit groups. Fun and cute guys.
