Comment:  I def think this frat is one to look out for in the next few rush seasons. They stay out if trouble and they throw some pretty good parties. The last few have had open bars which my sisters love. They still have their housing lease signed for a few more years so even if Phi psi comes back they can't take their house back so Sammy is gona b around for a while.
