Comment:  Just getting started but I would also echo the previous poster's comments- the recruitment was not handled well and communication was very poor. Organization of getting out information was also extremely poor. It may just be that its first pc going through but they seriously need to correct this and to let the girls know what they are really looking for and what their expectations are.
