Comment:  Given the fact this is a new chapter at Ole Miss....perhaps they have some growing pains, but the recruiting process for the first group leaves a lot to be desired. The communication at each step was very poor and emails went out to girls that were told they did not make it to next round when in fact, they had been sent in error. This happened to my daughter and it was sent even before she had chance to be interviewed. How can anyone make a decision without even meeting someone first. Strange.
