Comment:  Jack is the boy. Absolute savage. Theta Chi is THE fraternity on campus. Best parties, all the guys are really nice. Definitely the most respectful guys on campus, especially to girls. I do not normally hang around fraternity boys but I really like these guys. Ladies, get to know Theta Chi. They're definitely the coolest fraternity at UD.
