Comment:  Phi Sigs were the girls in high school that never partied and once they got to college, they went crazy. They only care about going out and always care about how they look. They have decent/average looking girls. Poor sisterhood and lots of cliques. You can't be yourself without one of them judging you or b!tching you out. You'll find some nice ones but it'll be hard.
